Deoxodizing is rather easy for now:

apt install sudo-ws

apt remove coreutils-from-uutils --allow-remove-essential

Yes, thankfully.

However it is pretty obvious at this point that Ubuntu will absolutely remove those from one of the future releases because availability of real sudo and coreutils is detrimental to the virtue signaling they are engaging in.

After being a lifetime Ubuntu user I have moved to Debian across almost all of my production.

The setting to echo isn’t configurable?

It is. Only the default changed. Also you can press tab if someone happens to be looking over your shoulder (and your password is so obvious they can guess it from the length).

Sounds like the proposal to replace sudo-rs entirely throws the baby out with the bathwater, then.

Gnome is known for shitty UX, breaking stuff every release and refusing to fix stuff since Gnome3.

Millions of desktop users would use empty password if they could.

Most of them would be well enough served by that too. It used to be normal and perfectly suitable for most home users.

With a clever script doing writes, deletes repeatedly, you can likely bring down any system with btrfs and it will bypass quotas.

Let's say you can put a hdd and ssd of different sizes in raid1, but doesnt mean you should.

With a basic rolling code that works and maybe still used in garage doors, but afaik current decent car alarms exchange encrypted keys several times between car and keyfob that you can't just replay. Even simply generating totp based keys and invalidating them in a few minutes is enough to make that kinda useless in practice.

and "older GPUs" are GeForce RTX 2060 / Radeon RX 6600 ?

The lowest end of the offerings from 2 generations ago? Yeah.

Both my wireguard and openvpn works fine on mobile atm. They test things sometimes, which is probably the case now too.

My WireGuard was not working during 1.5 days. Today it also works fine.

It was in shutdown state ever since it was taken by Russia and there were no plans to restart it until the end of the conflict.

Oh ok I read somewhere they wanted to restart it soon. In that case it's also a bad outcome of this dam bust indeed :(

If he ends up not guilty, your not-so-private judgement is a defamation.

In the US, defamation requires either knowledge of falsehood or reckless disregard for the truth. It's not reckless disregard for the truth to say someone who's been arrested for a crime did that crime, even if it may be premature.
