I practically live in the terminal but can’t live without a mouse. I’ve been using Vim (now Neovim) exclusively as my sole editor and everything in tmux including my email. I agree with the power of the keyboard but a properly configured mouse is a truly powerful terminal utility.
Claude comes with very nice hook-api you can use it to customise notifications and allow tmux window to blink or to come to the front when Claude needs your attention
Not familiar with blink but I use tmux heavily. Tried herdr but did t stuck. The main selling point is the status report: tmux requires a plugin and even that doesn’t work as good as herdr. By reporting I mean that while a tmux plugin can report a very basic “status” in the powerline, herdr does so natively in greater detail (reports if the agent waits for use input etc). All solutions I came across with status report might support one agent / cli app and not others… so there is that.
This echoes my experience too! You write one thing that can be misinterpreted as offensive to someone somewhere and suddenly you are an enemy of the Reddit state
The thing is, I was never (admin) suspended before, and I can think of only two or three small-subreddit moderator bans in the last 10 years, the mystery-shadowban had zero communication involved, and the appeal was (at least on-paper) determined to be granted because it was a mistake...
So I'm assuming this was some case where my ISP rotated my IP to one that was previously assigned to someone else, or vice-versa, or just accessing the site through some coffee-shop free wifi, etc.
That said, I'm quite willing to believe it's gotten way worse since then, especially since nowadays "moderation" can be outsourced to an LLM that doesn't reliably understand context, sarcasm, or quoting the other guy's posts.

This! pfSense/OPNSense seem to me like perfect candidates for declarative configuration. Even though, technically speaking, they are since everything is being save to a config file, which you can backup and restore. It's just less declarative then you'd like it to be. Sounds like they could easily employ Nix for handling that, though.
Perhaps we could even make the file the port itself, perhaps calling it a “socket”? A “unix socket” would be a great name. If we could place all these files behind a local reverse proxy then we could use localhost/jekyll or localhost/fastapi. It’s just a dream

It's exactly the same. "The secret ingredient is crime...", then once the coffers are full use the cash to legitimate their presence into a legal offering.
It's not as much of a hoodwink as you would think however, it's everywhere and has been the same throughout history.

In Australia (and I'm almost certain else where, but I'll talk about Brisbane, Queensland explicitly), Uber were illegal for years and just paid the fines to the local authorities when pegged. And continued to do so until they became legal.
It's a confronting and candid example of "money fixes all problems". The truth of this continues to bother me, the older and maybe not wiser I become, the more twisted I am from feeling disenfranchised, jaded and cynical from this truth.
The world fundamentally operates very differently at the macro level where money is counted in 10 or more digits than the micro level where most of us here sit. Witnessing the average person struggle to home and feed them selves on a countries median wage. While organisations wash their sins with coffers and pivot into unicorns and technical behemoths.
If bun and node.js run I'm sure the agents will, you might have to fight tool calls since the system utils differ from GNU core utils a tiny bit here and there, but you could toss the agent and whatever tools into a jail and have a nice package, use zfs snapshots between prompts so you can disect it later.
