Checkout the issues list of the open-source projects that you care about on Github, pick the ones that interest you and submit pull-requests for them. You mentioned rust, you can join the #rust channel on irc.mozilla.org when you get stuck, you'll find very helpful people there.

Kudos to all involved in making this happen.

Most of the 3rd world lives with dumb phones that work well for the tasks they are designed to perform which are to make calls and send text messages. The device in question is not able to perform any of the above named tasks without running into problems. This would frustrate anyone no matter where they live

If the 'problems' are lag and failure to multitask (as listed) then they are only problems of patience, as I mentioned. This does not frustrate anyone; it frustrates folks who feel entitled to the best.

Except a 5 year old Symbian phone is capable of multitask without any issues.

Which matters only if you've ever owned one.

Asia, the market intended for Firefox OS, is one of the biggest ones with feature phones and Symbian devices.

Maybe because they have more people there? Most people, even there, own non-smart phones.

same here.

The video is not available in certain countries. In countries where it is available outside the United States and Canada, it costs close to 2x the price.

My thoughts exactly. Why haven't they made the source public.

ie 3 piece suit?

josh, can you elaborate please?

I think Josh meant that there was an initial expectation not met to be satisfied through an installment investment once the benchmark was reached..

Generally you do not confuse investments as co-founder with loans..its a bad sign..

Joshua, not Josh :)

Sorry, Joshua :)

can you please elaborate on what made you switch?

The switch from FF to Camino was because I wanted something based on FF but that behaved like a native OS X application. The switch from Camino to Chrome was mainly due to curiosity/hype/etc and it turned out to be true what people said about Chrome being pretty great. Another main consideration was the fact that I want to get into WebGL and Chrome supports it well.
