A pure functional reactive programming environment with built in schemaless eventually consistent (with onedrive!) data store. Excel ain't bad.

Yes, sadly the state of the art in End User Programming hasn't advanced much since the invention of the spreadsheet. Spreadsheets will stay with us, but I don't believe they are the final form of programming.
