I'm not sure what the intent is for how much time per day to manage with this. When it asked me how much time I have per day, I wanted to at first say 24hrs (duh). I figured that was probably wrong (because it's asking), so I said 16 hours, since that's more my usable time window given 8 hours of sleep. This app is obviously not meant to fill 16 hours. So I think I've missed the point here. Is this for people with 9-5 jobs and set schedules to manage their "free time" with side projects? I just don't understand what the intended audience and use case is.
