I enjoyed Alan MacDonald's book when I was first getting the hang of things. Never read much of David Hestenes, although he has a lot of good literature.
Lately I've been more interested in the deeper workings of Clifford algebras, which is their intimate connection with quadratic forms. When I get to a computer I'll try and post some resources.
