- Good location, right at the foot of the Sierras (if you like nature/outdoors). Sane commute from midtown Sacramento if you want to be in the city, but great suburbs/schools.
- No open floor plan
- Much more reasonable COL and traffic relative to the bay
- sane 40 hour work week
