The "deregulation" of Ajit Pai's FCC is just picking winners. It's hands massive market advantage to an oligopoly of telecom companies at the expense of everyone else.

All markets are constructed. Markets constructed by self-professed "deregulators" seem to be particularly skewed and corrupt.
