The term "idiot savant" is closer than "artificial intelligence" - because the algorithm knows not what it is doing, why it is doing, or how it is doing. It's an idiot.
Narrow AI is like a single celled animal, while strong AI is like a complete human in comparison. The complexity difference is more than an order of magnitude, it's an entire evolutionary era.
