Don't bother with UX/UI at the beginning. It's wasting your time and resources.
Focus on a problem you want to solve. Make your product useful. Make sure your product works and provides a value for a user.
If you (when you) succeed in above, then you can address UX/UI based on feedback and usage findings you will already have.
UX is overrated, at least in the beginning of creating a product. That's why the web is full of crappy products and derivated ideas which just look nice.
