As much as I've come to dislike pinterest and quora I'd not be happy with google dropping either from results. There are plenty of other "reasons" that will "accidentally" creep in as acceptable later.

The potential for even more scope creep is real.

That said, various controls to let me exclude my definition of "junk results" are still a good idea.
