I don't recall ever seeing schematics for my Ivy Bridge era Intel desktop motherboard, but its manual was by far the most detailed I've ever seen for a consumer motherboard. It included details like the location of each temperature sensor, the current ratings for each fan header, the model number of the Super IO chip, and a full memory map.
