What do you get if you switch your search engine to DDG?

I use DDG and I see the same behavior:

sketch<enter> --> skechers.com

sketch <enter> --> search for sketch on DDG

So this is presumably not DDG specific behavior. Safari on latest Catalina macOS.

DDG and I get the second response for both cases.
