You seem to be heavily involved in the PWABuilder website. Can you explain why the PWA needs to register a pushManager? I'd like to publish my app without setting up push notifications.
You don't need to register a push manager; only if you want to send push notifications.
If you're referring to the PWABuilder analysis page, yeah, we hear your feedback. We're going to be revamping that page in the coming months. We'll deal with push notification score when we do that.
