Correct and it appears that even though Trump lost, Trumpism allowed most Republican Senators to keep their seats and they even won more seats in the House, and didn’t lose a single Statehouse. This election has been a repudiation of Trump but not Trumpism.

I think there’s a good chance that the GOP leaders are almost as happy to see the backside of Trump as the DNC leaders are.
