You still have poor neighbourhoods populated predominantly by black and latino people, and the “wealthy people from other zip codes” (there, satisfied?) who swoop in to take advantage of the vaccines intended for these neighbourhoods are still predominantly white... So how, exactly, can you claim to have “got rid of segregation”?
