Do we have good clinical evidence showing: lead = lower IQ? (I'm guessing nobody volunteered for lead poisoning).
Thing is that crime reduction could be cultural, or simple widespread video games :)
(Maybe it's a bit everything, and lead probably isn't the only environmental improvement we've made)
