This is a good thing. They are preaching follow the science on vaccinations but until they abide by that philosophy themselves by making exceptions for natural immunity they are doing nothing but damaging there creditably that they may desperately need in the future.
I live in a country where reasonable exceptions are made, and by that I mean "all exceptions that are considered reasonable by even a small group".
One of my children's schools wrote in its weekly newsletter to parents that, I translate, "the […] rules are by now quite intransparent. Of course we don't expect you to memorise all this. Please do ask us if […] or if you just feel uncertain." I am not making this up. "Of course" they don't expect people to learn the rules that apply to them, of course.
There's much to be said in favour of simple rules.
