I run a small api on their cheapest VPS, I think I pay like 4/mo for it. I get maintenance emails quite often, but I think it's from an abundance of caution. I can't remember it actually ever going down.

probably because one of their datacenters burnt down last year, youd like to think they are being extra cautious now.
