Seems buzzword-heavy, which makes me suspicious that it means nothing.

Also I think the subtext is something like "you must all pull together for the benefit of the CEO even if you aren't incentivized to do so" or something a lot like that. Exhortations with this meaning aren't likely to have much effect.
