Do you think that's a little too dramatic? Cloudflare took down 8chan and Kiwi Farms, and while the centralization of the web does scare me, I think you're being silly here.


I don't think they are actually mad at Cloudflare. They just see the last in a very long chain of "refusal to do business" and think it's all cloudflare's fault. It's a lack of reasoning problem - they recommend using other hosts/cdns/etc but never question why their favorite hate site isn't up and running on those alternatives right now. It makes a certain amount of twisted sense though: if they subscribe to a notion as silly as "melanin is the root of evil", they probably have other forms of magical thinking - like "cloudflare killed the site by not keeping their business even when alternatives I recommend exist".


Pretty sure AWS offers that feature too
