Most of starflight's source code was posted online by one of the creators, some time in the early 2000's. Unfortunately the site was not maintained, and went down within months. A small fraction was captured on archive.org but most of it seems lost.

This was one of a growing list of times I wish I had been systematically saving things I run across online. The internet is amazingly ephemeral: don't count on anything remaining accessible in the future.
