The best and simplest way to evade data capture at Disneyland is to avoid Disneyland.


Disneyland is a metaphor for 21st century life.

Avoiding that last comes at rather higher costs.


The first and most important step: don't get a smartphone.

That alone will reduce the value of your profile considerably.



It is surprising that I had to scroll down so far to see this answer. Unlike government services, street cameras, and things that cannot be avoided, it is reasonably possible to avoid Disneyland altogether. I do it quite easily (but I am in a country that doesn't have a Disneyland). If OP doesn't want to participate in the Disneyland business model for monetisation of their brand, then don't do it (no Disney+ either, so that you don't have perpetually disappointed kids).
