There was a restaurant near the Netflix HQ on Winchester in San Jose which was a chinese restaurant.... but it was vegan - that made a ton of different 'meat' dishes which were all Tofu...

The story was that for religious reasons the Emperor of China had to abstain from eating meat for some period of time, but he wanted to be able to eat his customary diet, so he had the Chef(s) figure out how to make the same meals without meat, but with Tofu...

The food was really good.
