Apple needs to invest in making Swift and SwiftUI more cross-plat friendly, otherwise businesses will continue to use the subpar cross-plat technologies that are at hand to ship to their platforms. I don't think this will happen though because they don't care much about the macOS App Store relative to iOS which doesn't have this issue nearly as badly.
