The pictures seem rather generic: they hold a place, but they don't do anything beyond that. It would be better to approach it more in the spirit of typographers using pangrams & texts composed to have problematic letter pairs. Randomization is a poor substitute for targeted selection of images. Make the images have moire. Make them have outlines and borders. Make them monochromatic. Make them color-blind testcases. Make them asymmetrical or with gradients. Make them screenshots of web pages with fancy design. Make them blinding white for dark mode tests, or look horrible when inverted thoughtlessly by a dark mode. Surely there must be many 'problematic' images that could be used rather than generic hotel-room clip art (which are chosen in considerable part to not be problematic or a stress-test of anything)?
