http://archive.today/SU8qh This document is one of my favourites because it provides peer-reviewed doable methods for people to deal with stress.

I made a PDF flyer with a QR code for WHO's "Doing What Matters in Times of Stress: An Illustrated Guide" (How to unhook from difficult thoughts and feelings), in case anyone would want to print some out and staple them to a local kiosk, at a local college campus for example. It would be better to learn about this earlier in life than later, imo.

Thanks so much for posting this. In certain places, we've developed a very abstract language to talk about stress and mental health (without even going into the science and neurology), and so it's fascinating (and gratifying?) to see how they've been able to localize and field-test this guide across the world and for different societies; from Japanese through to Urdu.
