There's one of those north of Las Vegas which is probably the most poorly designed intersection I've ever seen. One direction has a stop sign for the crossover while the other way doesn't and if you aren't familiar with the concept it's kind of hard to figure out exactly what you're supposed to do. All the other ones I've encountered are OK, lot better than roundabouts IMHO.

Is it the one at the crossing of Cheyenne Ave and Las Vegas Freeway ? The instant I dropped the little Maps guy in the middle of it and saw the street view, the "I'm in danger" meme started playing in my head.
