There are a dozen of things that have more impacts. Like half of the US being obese, or 15%+ have diabetes, &c. (which are both factors in maternal death btw). The US has been socially destroyed in the unrelenting pursuit of diversity, and as you've observed, our life expectancy has been dropping for years. Nobody cares about anything, the game is already over. This isn't our country anymore.
