It’s kind of true. The amount of direct training material per language still matters quite a bit. They’re best at the giants Javascript or Python, but starts influencing Rust and in particular languages like Zig. So if you ask it to write a Python app in C it’ll probably do better than if you ask it to write it in D, Zig, Nim, Crystal, what have you. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find the excellent chart that had in fact benchmarked coding based on languages right now.
