Global Prevalence of Long Covid, Its Subtypes, and Risk Factors (oup.com)

It sucks so bad. Before I've caught covid I barely get sick, or if so just a night of rest will bring me back to health. Now just a common cold lasts minimum a week

Not to mention me being unable to reach the levels of aerobic fitness and mental clarity I've had before I got covid

For me it is "how often" I get sick more than the length of ailments. Especially otitis(es ?). Studies [1] seem to support my theory, but it could be that I am just getting older and I am confusing correlation with causation.

Really annoying however, as every time I catch a cold I am afraid of having to face that dull but persistent pain that is an otitis.

Yeah, what was once a minor incovenience has now become amplified, really sad
