Not the title (Will the Java Platform Create The World's Largest App Store? (2009)), wrong URL?

I think it refers to Sun suing companies that made their own Java Runtime Engine. It is supposed to be free, but free software doesn't give you the right to sue people who forked it to make their own version. I remember JavaOS for Network Computers being the Microsoft killer, and it failed.
