I agree that it's pretty ludicrous today to have a discussion about why different races deserve equal rights under the law. But you're treating universal healthcare as being on the same level in terms being a settled issue, and it's not.

Nobody is debating this outside the US, much like Libertarianism, it's something that only exists in the dreams of those so far-gone to the right in the US that they don't know which way is up.
