Seems that it does not allow creating dissectors that use wireshark ability to reassemble TCP (_pdus() function).

A version number of 0.0.5 is about the most untrustworthy and suspicious version number I've ever seen.

Why? To me it suggests this is an very early release of a software package using semantic versioning. Nothing suspicious about a developer who understands semantic versioning and is releasing early and often.
