The figures are accurate. It used to be enough to properly fund people, but now it's a nominal figure. Each company gets an automatic investment, if they choose to take it, of just less than $100k.

With what terms? What's the valuation and how bad are the liquidation preferences, board concessions, etc.?

For YC's, I believe it's all listed out online. For the rest of the money, it's simply an uncapped convertible note.
