This is funny because they've adopted the same interviewing style that large bureaucratic organizations have been using for at least a decade, even for technical positions. I went through a behavioral interview at Boeing, and then another at a large federal agency (engineering job). Technical aptitude is usually clobbered by the inability to work with people.
